Skill of the Week: Serve + Backhand (40 minutes)

Game Format: Round-robin, doubles

This session has two parts, and is specifically designed to build rock-solid fundamentals and real on-court confidence.

The first part is 40-minutes, focused on skill development, building two prime tennis skills to improve your overall game.

Afterwards, you’ll bring those new skills into friendly match play. It’s fun, social, and the perfect way to bridge the gap between drills and actual games. Our goal is to help you elevate your game to new levels for more clean rallies.

During match play, players can choose to serve underarm, and if a player goes for an overhead serve and misses the first one, the second automatically becomes an underarm serve. This keeps points flowing, rallies longer, and the vibe fun and competitive. More rallies, more play time, more great tennis = more fun!
