This 75-minute Pilates and yoga session is built to strengthen your core and back for more power, improve mobility for cleaner movement, and walk away feeling sharper on court.

Because power in tennis doesn’t come from your arms - it comes from your core. Pilates trains the muscles that stabilize your body, improves rotation for your strokes, and increases flexibility so you can move efficiently and stay injury-free. About your instructor:
The session is led by Patricia Ruiz former professional dancer who has performed with top NYC companies and choreographed the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, she brings elite-level body awareness and precision to every movement.
