Smash more balls. Play longer rallies. Keep moving.

Smash Tennis is AD-IN’s ultra-fun, high-energy 90-minute tennis workout combining stroke development, fast-paced games, and cardio conditioning.

This exhilarating and high-intensity game is designed to create longer rallies, more opportunities to hit (smash), and near-constant movement.

Two teams rally while the coaches continuously feed new balls to keep the action moving. Expect nonstop hitting, footwork, and rapid player rotations, while elevating your heart rate. You will play with low-compression tennis balls, so you can smash hard while focusing on polishing your shots, sharpening your strokes, building consistency, and keeping rallies going, all while getting a serious cardio workout.

Come ready to have fun moving, rallying, and smashing a lot of balls!
