A Year-end Message from Us
As we close out 2025, I wanted to pause and reflect on all that happened.
AD-IN began as a simple hypothesis: that tennis players want to connect on the court and off. Over the past two years, and especially this one, we tested belief through events, retreats, round robins, ambassadors, and everything we've done together.
Today, the hypothesis is more than clear to me. Players want more than a hit. They want thoughtful experiences, connections, and ways they can improve their skills. This year, we tested many new things - Retreats, AD-IN Games, Morning Risers, games with McCarren Tennis Center and Stadium Tennis Center. We even created our own internal task force.
None of this was easy. Every new idea comes with so many questions. Is this the right format, right place, and right timing? And nothing is ever perfect from the beginning, and everything takes more time than one thinks! It takes showing up again and again, even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.
But as I look back on this year - scrolling through photos, I feel something very clear. Together, we have built something incredible and powerful.
We have bold goals for 2026:

Make sure every AD-IN member improves their rating.

Adding more quality playing opportunities and social get-togethers.

Expanding to new cities and connecting even more players.
A big and huge THANK YOU for trusting us as we build, test, adjust, and grow. Thank you for showing up with openness. Thank you for giving us feedback. And, thank you for making this year a really great one. We're looking forward to 2026!
